Colored Works


Christian and Azrael. Base coloring was done in markers. Christian's top is cutpaper and an actual piece of lace. Her boots, stockings, and hair are marker and ballpoint pen. Azrael's hair is pen. His wings are marker and gelpen. His skirt is marker and cutpaper. Blind Sakamoto. Her name comes from the song 'she Blinded Me with Science.' I did the outline in my sketchbook, then used my scanner to transfer this onto card stock. I did more inking and colored the background with sharpie. Her blindfold, stripes of her outfit and lips are cutpaper. Her earring and the text are magazine cutouts. This is Ron, he doesn't have much of a story yet. Drawn on scrapbooking paper. The stars were already printed on the paper. Colored with Copic markers, the text is a magazine cutout.
